Q: Will the building have to install a new system?
Not necessarily. We can either modify your existing system, or install a new one.
Q: Can my building use VirtualWay® if it has a doorman?
Of course. Many of our clients use us in conjunction with a doorman because of the other services we provide such as our concierge services and our control panel. Our virtual front door service never falls asleep.

Q: What is the advantage of signing up for VirtualWay® Concierge Services if you're not interested in the building access services?
VirtualWay® Concierge Services give your tenants a new level of safety and convenience, which makes your building a more appealing place to live. Our Concierge Service allows tenants to order a wide variety of services without having to leave the comfort and security of their apartment. All of our service providers are pre-screened by us to make sure that you and your tenants can be comfortable with them in your building.
Q: Will I have to make any modifications to my building in order for my tenants to use VirtualWay® Concierge Services?
No. There are some modifications (like a secure package room) that would make the VirtualWay® Concierge Services even more convenient, but they are not necessary in order for your tenants to use the service.
Q: What tasks can I perform on the control panel?
VirtualWay®’s control panel was designed to simplify everyday communication between residents and managers. For example, managers can post building announcements, keep track of maintenance requests, and track deliveries.
Q: What are Real-Time Real Estate listings?
Real-Time Real Estate listings allow the management company to present new real estate vacancies (sales or rentals) on-line as they become available. Our software allows you to upload photos or short films to show your vacancies at maximum advantage. As vacancies are filled, you can take the entries off-line to ensure your listings are always fresh and accurate. These listing are available for anyone who is looking for an apartment to use. Through our convenient menu, prospective clients can book appointments with your management team on-line, thereby eliminating the headache of back and forth phone calls.
Q: How does VirtualWay® save me money?
VirtualWay® saves you money in many ways. For example, by installing a CCTV system in the building, you may save money on your insurance premiums. Likewise, installing or modifying your existing system may qualify as a MCI (major capital improvement).Let's compare the price of a doorman to the price of our virtual front door service. If you have a 24 hour doorman at $12/hour, you probably spend $131,040 a year ($15 salary including taxes/insurance x 168 hours x 52 weeks). Our service starts from $19 per apartment per month.
