The VFD screens and receives all package deliveries and visitors to your building 24/7. If you’re not at home, package deliveries are stored in a secure package room until you have the time to pick them up.

Visitors are not stored in the package room. When they arrive, they’ll speak directly with our central monitoring station through an audio-enabled camera intercom. Our staff notifies the resident who decides whether or not to let them in. All visitors are approved or denied according to the resident’s instructions.
